		Move-out or Move-In cleans for homes are charged on an hourly basis with a 1.5 hour minimum charge. ($112.50) We will clean from the list on the right unless you prefer to supply us your own list. 		Square Footage help: small house = approx. 1,200; medium = approx. 2,500; large = approx. 3,500 Total sq. footage will not affect your price.
